Food service was slow for a basic fries and burger meal, and the food was average. But the staff were friendly.

Can't really fault the place. The food is really good, especially the burgers. The BBQ meats are awesome and the staff are super nice, helpful and attentive. The only thing I would probably critique is that though the ambience of the place is really nice in the early evening, the volume level can go up significantly, as it gets busier.

Amazing meal, booked last minute and all staff were very accommodating. Massive food and drink selection and all tasted amazing! None of us went home hungry! Excellent value for money.

The food took bare long to come out, staff gave us free wings. The music volume had a mind of it's own and they need to turn on a few lights in there. Couldn't see ish at night time. Plus, more toilets please.

I've been to Red Dog Saloon and I'll be honest, the food wasn't great. I was extremely excited when I heard they had a sister restaurant downstairs who serve halal chicken. Upon arrival I was told by the waiter that only their wings were halal (we wanted a burger). After I left others who've been told me the manager had confirmed that all the chicken downstairs is in fact Halal. Can you please clarify and communicate this with all members of your staff.

Food was pretty good, but extremely oily. it took over 30min to get the food, no water, and an mia server. The red dog saloon is also louie's chicken????

Amazing brisket and beef rib from their new smoker, just divine! With Reds True BBQ gone, it's now top Dog for me in the area

I came here last night with a group of 20. I did the chilli wings challenge which was fun (at the time, not later). Interesting the staff sat and watched but never took the photo for the wall of fame. We asked a few times but they seemed to avoid it. The BBQ was pretty good and part from the picture thing, the staff were attentive

Good food. Had an amazing time here. The staff members were friendly also. Loved every bit of it.

Great hang out place for friends & colleagues. Excellent service. And the food too. But it's abit too salty so there's that. Try out the sharing platters. It comes with Beef, pork, chicken and sausages. Their mac & cheese are also delicious! Oh, and their beer is great as well. Enjoy!

If you’re looking to get full and satisfied, don’t think twice just go and enjoy! This place has really really stepped up the pace and is now killing it! The food is outstanding and the portions are perfect. Definitely a group thing!

Staff were friendly and helped accomadate a large group of over 25 people. However when it came to service there seemed to be a lot of confusion and long delays between people in the party receiving food. But food is excellent and has a great bar menu also

Best veggie burger I've ever had! Better than beef in my opinion.

I had Taylor serve me for my birthday of approx. 20 people. She was perfect from start to beginning, and even thought of things to make the night go smoother. She literally made my birthday feel smooth and flawless and 100% less stressful. Thank you Taylor for an amazing service, and Red Dog please appreciate this great member of staff.

Mostly delicious food. Average alcohol selection. First of all, order the Brisket Croquettes. The Philly Burger was mind blowing. The chips were honestly a bit average. The southern fried chicken bits were pretty tough and nasty and there was nowhere near enough sauce on them. The Mac&Cheese was mega disappointing. It's not a good American Mac, nor is it a good Italian Mac. Hard to understand how it made it to the menu at all, in its current form. I wish I'd have had two burgers and some brisket Croquettes instead.

*DELIVERED SANDWICH, ONLY GOT MEAT!!! NEVER ORDER FROM HEREThey forgot dips and some of the items but this is amazing. How can you forget bread of a freaking sandwich? And they didn't even try to get us a sandwich or other forgotten items. Just offered a refund

I've been looking to go here for a while and wasn't impressed really. The seats we were sat on at the booth kept sliding off, they were covered in black tape which was uncomfortable and looked ridiculous (why not just replace them) Service was slow, it wasn't busy but getting a waiter seemed more difficult than necessary. When we finished our starters it took almost 20m for our table to be cleared.Unfortunately I was not happy with my mains, the burger tasted bland and for the price of £12.50 on it's own for a small burger which was tasteless???? Come on its not right. Sadly I won't be returning

Lovely food, great BBQ esp the brisket. Nice cocktails too. Fried chicken slightly underseasoned and pudding was just ok

Visited on Friday night. Had the gooey louie burger which was perfectly cooked and really tasty. Impressed with their condiments. The Texas Mustard is 100%. Although maybe add Mayo as an option rather than having to ask for it. Cant wait to visit again soon.

Great welcoming service. My partner and I went for lunch and were seated and greeted promptly. We ordered an assortment of food that arrived within a great time and tasted delicious. Obviously not the healthiest food in the world, but damn did it taste good. Also, make sure you try the restaurants own sauces.

Service was great. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Cocktails were lovely. Would definitely recommend the burgers.

Pretty grim. Unseasoned meat, poor flavour. Some of it actually tasted off... It was a takeaway so maybe it just doesn't travel well, but don't think i'll try it again.

Came here with a few friends and had an excellent time. The staff were friendly and the food was amazing. I went for the gooey louey which tasted delicious and we shared some fried pickles which were amazing! Would happily go back again!

Nice find, burgers were cooked right temp and they were delicious. Service was quick and restrooms were clean. We loved it! Only thing is the area its in, if traveling with kids go earlier in day. We went in the evening and all the night clubs were open and packed. People all on streets not a very family friendly area. But this restaurant is great!!

Great food and service. The bar is good, wheelchair accessible with a flat entrance and disabled toilet available. Friendly staff. Finding car parking can be a bit difficult here.

Picked up wings, fried chicken, slaw and mac and cheese from red dog saloon and was relatively unimpressed. The tenders were all bread and no chicken. Next time I think I will stick to the burgers and bbq which I expect are much better.

My food was nice, but the starters were all cold and the service was very slow. Had to ask for our drinks 3 times and they all came separately. One person didn't even eat as the food was not cooked properly.

Amazing place! Sharon was our hostess and was very observant and helped out with the menu. She had an amazing vibe and was always happy to assist (Even when I broke my glass by accident)Should be a little bit more welcoming to Vegetarians and Vegans as there is only one main option and nothing for starters or desert. Would definitely visit again though!

Decent food and cocktails. Burger was decent, nothing mind blowing, and the creamed spinach was ok.3 stars because we came in a group of 6, and were seated at what was clearly a 4 person table! Staff were nice but would have been good to have a decent sized table...
